Coaching helps the whole family thrive
You know your child. You also know that every child is unique, even from their siblings. So when one approach works great for one child, but falls flat with another, it’s okay if you don’t know what to do.
And when the tantrums won’t stop, nobody is getting enough sleep, or school, screen time, and social media are becoming issues, sometimes a new approach altogether is what’s needed. Our coaches are trained to help. They listen without judgment and with your input, they come up with personalized recommendations that work. (Our 99% satisfaction rate is real!)
Coaches take their education and experience and use it to make you and your child feel safe, heard, and comfortable. We’re here for everyone and free for everyone. Whether you’ve got an infant or a preteen, you’ve made it to the right place. Let’s get started.

Why coaching works so well for so many families
You help set the goals
Our coaches work directly with caregivers. So your values, culture, and home life help shape the personalized recommendation for your child.
Small steps, big results
Progress doesn’t have to be perfect or happen in a straight line. We’ll teach you how to support your child at home with patience and a plan.
Evidence-based care
The approaches we take are proven to work. You’ll be empowered to build the skills that will help your family manage daily challenges and build stronger relationships.
Focus on the family
Coaching helps kids understand themselves, yes. It also helps caregivers learn how to respond instead of react, build confidence, and communicate effectively.

Meet some of our coaches
BrightLife Kids coaches have years of experience working with kids and families. They have master’s or bachelor’s degrees, coaching and other certifications, and at least five years of experience working with kids and families. Some are bilingual (English/Spanish) and they’re all experts at making caregivers and kids feel cared for, safe, and comfortable.
One approach, tailored to every stage
Coaching looks different at each age. We meet your family where you are, respect your child’s developmental stage, and adapt as needs change.
Whether you’re parenting a toddler with big emotions, a school‑age child finding their footing, or a preteen navigating new pressures, you’re in the right place. Behavioral health coaching with BrightLife Kids offers practical guidance and emotional support for the whole family.
You’ll move through challenges with more calm, confidence, and connection. And yes, it’s always 100% free!
