Our program is part of California’s Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI). We are 100% funded by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) as part of their effort to expand access to behavioral health support to families across the state.

What you’re going through may be new to you, but it’s not new to us.
Brightline was started by our co-founder, Naomi Allen, when her young son started showing signs of anxiety. She sat on long waitlists and looked through even longer provider directories, and still couldn’t find the help her son needed.
The whole family could feel the ripple effects of fear and worry, and Naomi knew other parents were in the same position — so she built Brightline to clear the path to better mental health.
We’re here to provide families with the support we believe all families deserve access to. It’s individualized, evidence-based, expert support — the right care at the right time.
