With coaching, you become a stronger parent. Your child gets stronger, too.

When your child is at an age or stage where they’re able to participate in coaching sessions, individual coaching can be a great place to start. Our coaches are experienced at helping kids feel safe, comfortable, and ready to open up. Their approach will be age-appropriate for your child and aligned with the goals you want to work towards reaching.

You’re part of your child’s progress

Some sessions will involve both you and your child. Some will be just your child and our coach. And in other sessions, it will be more effective for the coach to meet with you, without your child present.

Along the way, you’ll be actively involved. Because coaching success isn’t measured just by what happens during the Zoom sessions. It’s also so important for you and your child (and sometimes, the whole family) to practice the new skills and tools all week long at home and at school.

You’ll support your child as they practice everything they’re learning. And you’ll have opportunities to practice your responses, communication style, and patience.

Support whenever you need it

When you have a question or need to share something with your coach, secure chat is a great tool. If you want to connect with other parents going through similar situations, peer communities are open 24/7. And when you need answers, tips, or information, you can visit our content library. You’ll find articles, videos, and downloadable resources. All for you, always free.
