Learn, grow, and build your confidence

Group coaching at BrightLife Kids brings parents and caregivers together in small, supportive groups led by expert coaches. Each group will focus on a specific topic and run for a set number of sessions, making it easy to fit into your busy life. You’ll build practical skills, connect with others who understand what you’re going through, and walk away with tools you can use right away.

First up: Group coaching for new dads

Our current group session is for new dads and father figures. If you have a child under age three, these group coaching sessions were made for you! (Make sure you add that child when you set up your account.) Small groups of dads will meet for weekly, online sessions led by an expert coach. You’ll learn practical skills and talk honestly with others in the same parenting phase. Visit our Foundations of Fatherhood page to learn more about group coaching for new dads.

What to expect

Once you’re signed up for your preferred days and times, you’re ready to go! Just mark reminders in your calendar and make sure you’re in a quiet place where you can focus. Your group will meet once a week for four weeks. Your coach will walk you through the weekly topics. For the new dads group, the weekly topics are:

  1. The Inner Dad: Self-regulation and identity

  2. The Connected Dad: Bonding and presence over perfection

  3. The Partnered Dad: Your team and communicating during stress

  4. The Future-Focused Dad: Family values and your legacy

Support whenever you need it

When you have a question or need to share something with your coach, secure chat is a great tool. If you want to connect with other parents going through similar situations, peer communities are open 24/7. And when you need answers, tips, or information, you can visit our content library. You’ll find articles, videos, and downloadable resources. All for you, always free.
