Support for the hectic holiday season

The holidays can bring plenty of joy — along with big feelings, disrupted routines, and family stress. Our calm card activity provides caregivers ways to help their child regulate when emotions are running high. Available in English and Spanish, the activity gives families six ideas for slowing down during the busy, loud holiday season.

A letter from the California State Superintendent

The California Department of Education (CDE), in collaboration with the California Health and Human Services Agency and the Department of Health Care Services, recognizes BrightLife Kids as an essential partner for schools. They not only approve of our program, but also encourage educators to promote our services and incorporate our high-quality behavioral health coaching into their existing wellness supports.
