More about Trae

  • What experience do you have working with families?

I have more than 12 years of experience supporting kids and families in schools, behavioral health, and coaching settings. I’ve partnered with families of kids with ADHD, anxiety, autism, emotional regulation challenges, school difficulties, and behavior concerns. I believe caregivers are the experts on their kids, and my role is to provide practical, compassionate tools that build confidence and create lasting positive change at home.

  • What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?

I've always been passionate about helping kids reach their potential by empowering the adults who support them. Throughout my career, I've seen how small, consistent changes can transform family relationships. Coaching allows me to partner with caregivers, celebrate their strengths, and provide practical strategies that make everyday challenges feel more manageable and hopeful.

  • What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?

My strengths include building trusting relationships, listening without judgment, and turning complex behavioral concepts into simple, practical strategies families can use immediately. I strive to meet each family where they are, celebrate progress, and create individualized plans that fit their unique goals, routines, and values.

  • What else would you like families to know about you?

I want families to know they don’t have to navigate parenting challenges alone. My coaching style is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. I believe progress happens one small step at a time, and I’m committed to helping caregivers feel confident, supported, and equipped with tools they can continue using long after coaching ends.
