More about Kulwa
What experience do you have working with families?
I have several years of experience supporting families with diverse backgrounds. I especially love supporting kids who are striving to build their confidence and build positive self-esteem based on character development, resilience, and creative expression. I want parents to feel empowered and to reconnect with the vision they have for their family. I also support families as they build clear structure within the home so that kids can achieve sustainable habits of respectful communication, kindness, accountability, and emotional regulation.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
I understand how important familial experiences are when it comes to determining positive outcomes for kids. Kids can become awesome healthy adults even when they face difficult challenges. It’s the communication around those challenges that play a pivotal role in ensuring resilience and building successful and happy people.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
I am an excellent listener and I have a talent for aligning people with their own inner vision for themselves and their families.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I have a no judgment philosophy and I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve the needs of the families in our coaching program.
