More about Jessica
What experience do you have working with families?
I have worked with kids and families in schools, non-profits, educational start-ups, and in my own coaching practice. I’ve created and led parent workshops helping families with motivation, supporting independence/autonomy in kids, and more. I was also a workshop creator and presenter for a five-day training on developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood settings for parents in rural Tibetan foothills utilizing local culture and resources.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
I have always been fascinated by humans and what motivates us. Behavior change was a pivotal part of my own life in health, relationships, and education, so coaching was a perfect next step when I was ready to support others in their growth.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
I pride myself on sharing knowledge and supporting families in a patient, caring way.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I love being in nature — spending time outdoors fills my cup!
