More about Jade
What experience do you have working with families?
I have coached kids, teens, and their parents on sustainable behaviors for holistic self-care. I have also empowered young people and families through additional practices like yoga, meditation, bodywork, and group coaching.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
A rather difficult chapter of my life led me to become a coach. In 2019, I was physically unwell, and I felt lost in my path. From this place, I was inspired to make significant and courageous changes toward a life that felt more purposeful and authentic.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
My communication is honest, kind, and clear. This serves the families that I work with well. From my additional experience as a yoga instructor and bodywork practitioner, I am able to bring an extensive knowledge of various mindfulness practices into my coaching approach.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I have a son with achondroplasia, which is a rare genetic disorder. Because of that, I’m in a phase where I’m learning about ableism. I frequently find myself thinking about inclusion and all of the various forms and ways it shows up.
