More about Deborah
What experience do you have working with families?
I bring 15 years of background as an autism therapist helping families navigate ASD-related communication and behavioral dynamics. Coaches at Brightline don’t specialize in any one area, but my foundation enriches my overall approach to coaching.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
I am passionate about providing individuals with self-care tools that improve their mental health and enhance their quality of life.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
I am an active and empathetic listener, hearing what is said and unsaid. I ask questions that allow a person to both recognize their strengths and process how they may utilize those strengths to achieve their goals. I also support individuals in recognizing what may be helpful to add to their toolbox to support achieving their goals.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I am a parent of a teenager.
