Care for the ones who care for everyone

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to pause, notice, and nurture our emotional well-being. It’s also the month for Mother’s Day and Teacher Appreciation Week.

This year, we’re shining a light on the ones who care so much for others, because your well-being matters and when you feel cared for, it ripples outward.

So this isn’t one more thing to do. It’s a reminder to slow down, breathe, and feel supported, too.

Supporting families navigating neurodiversity

Every child experiences the world in their own way. With the right support, families can build calmer, more connected routines where each child feels truly seen and supported.

The image is a stylized illustration depicting a young person standing in a field of tall, bright yellow sunflowers against a black background. The individual has brown hair, is wearing an orange dress and purple sandals, and has their eyes closed with a gentle smile. They are positioned in the center, hugging themselves with their arms crossed over their chest. Two blue butterflies flutter near the top of the sunflowers.

The image shows a person sitting on what appears to be a couch or sofa, holding a tablet device. The tablet is displaying what looks like a streaming service or video platform interface with multiple colorful thumbnails of shows or movies arranged in rows. A hand is visible touching the screen, seemingly browsing or selecting content. Only the person's lap and hands are visible in the frame, with the person wearing what appears to be patterned or decorated pants/shorts. The setting suggests someone relaxing at home while choosing entertainment content to watch.
