More about Cheyanna
What experience do you have working with families?
Building stronger connections, communication, and systems are some of the ways I’ve helped families. My experience comes from 10 years of being a mental health counselor who provided services within the home, as well as serving as a Dean of Students.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
I love helping individuals break their goals down into achievable and actionable steps. Sometimes you need someone who is always in your corner, and I believe everyone should have access to someone like that.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
Life is all about making choices. I believe everyone needs to develop great problem-solving skills in order to make decisions that will push them closer to what is important to them. My greatest strength as a coach is the ability to hold others accountable without judgment by building that skill.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I am a proud aunt of two!
