More about Chelsea
What experience do you have working with families?
I have worked closely with families in both healthcare and wellness settings, providing guidance on stress management, nutrition, and overall well-being. As a behavioral health coach, I’ve supported parents and children in creating sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their family’s health with empathy and compassion.
What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?
After navigating my own health challenges, I felt called to help others develop emotional regulation techniques so they can improve their mental well-being and truly thrive. When one person in a family receives the support they need, it creates a ripple effect that enhances the well-being of the entire household.
What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?
As a coach, my greatest strengths are empathy and compassion. I meet members where they are, providing a safe and supportive space while empowering them to build the tools they need for emotional regulation and resilience.
What else would you like families to know about you?
I love spending time in nature, cooking yummy plant-based meals, and reading.
