October is World Mental Health Day and ADHD awareness month. We’re encouraging caregivers to focus on a vital, invisible part of their child — the brain.  When caregivers and kids understand how the brain processes information, everything else begins to make more sense, too. And when kids are taught to think of their brain as their buddy, they can treat themselves with more empathy.
