# Care for the ones who care for everyone

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to pause, notice, and nurture our emotional well-being. It’s also the month for Mother’s Day and Teacher Appreciation Week.

This year, we’re shining a light on the ones who care so much for others, because your well-being matters and when you feel cared for, it ripples outward. 

So this isn’t one more thing to do. It’s a reminder to slow down, breathe, and feel supported, too.

## A letter from the California State Superintendent

The California Department of Education (CDE), in collaboration with the California Health and Human Services Agency and the Department of Health Care Services, recognizes BrightLife Kids as an essential partner for schools. They not only approve of our program, but also encourage educators to promote our services and incorporate our high-quality behavioral health coaching into their existing wellness supports.

## Get support for a family

When a family could benefit from additional behavioral health support, BrightLife Kids makes it easy for you to offer them help. No cost, ever. No insurance or referral needed. All the support you need.

**Refer a family to us!** They will be able to access free coaching, caregiver support, digital tools, and care coordination without insurance, referrals, or long waitlists.
