Everything BrightLife Kids offers is funded by the State of California. Together, we are working to ensure all California families can find the behavioral health support you need, when you need it. If you have a California ZIP Code and a child ages 0–12, you’re qualified. We’re here for everyone. And free for everyone.

## What does coaching cost?

### **$0 for Families**

There is no cost to you. BrightLife Kids coaching is fully funded by the State of California, which means:

- No fees
- No copays
- No insurance required
- No referrals needed

If your family lives in California, you can access BrightLife Kids coaching at no charge.

## Who is eligible?

- Families living anywhere in **California**
- Children ages **0–12 years old**
- Parents, caregivers, and guardians

You **do not** need to be a U.S. citizen to participate—only a California resident.

## What’s included in free parent coaching

BrightLife Kids coaching supports both kids and caregivers with everyday challenges, including:

- Managing worries and stress
- Expressing big feelings like sadness, anger, or frustration
- Navigating social or peer situations
- Building resilience, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Helping caregivers respond with confidence and calm

Coaching is practical, supportive, and tailored to your child’s age and needs.
