Whether you’re a new dad adjusting to life with a baby or parenting through new challenges as your child grows, BrightLife Kids offers free father-focused coaching, group support, and resources that meet you wherever you are.

## What is BrightLife Kids?

BrightLife Kids is a free behavioral health platform for California families with children ages 0–12.

Families can access:

- 1:1 coaching through video or chat
- On-demand digital tools and resources
- Additional support if more clinical care is needed
- Peer support communities for dads

No insurance, referral, or cost required. Just real support for real parenting.

## Foundations of Fatherhood: 1-on-1 coaching for dads

Foundations of Fatherhood coaching program helps dads parent with more confidence, connection, and calm. Through real conversations and practical tools, fathers learn how to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and show up more intentionally at home.

Dads will learn how to:

- Respond instead of react
- Build stronger connections with their kids
- Improve communication and co-parenting
- Grow confidence in their role as a father
- Create parenting goals rooted in their values

This program is meant to be supportive, judgment-free, and built for real life.

Our group coaching programs give dads a space to connect, reflect, and talk honestly about the realities of parenting with other fathers who understand what it’s like.

Led by trained facilitators, sessions focus on practical support, shared experiences, and building confidence through connection and conversation.

Group coaching helps dads:

- Learn practical tools for stress and parenting challenges
