## More about Erica

- **What experience do you have working with families?**

I have experience working as a preschool teacher, after-school teacher, and a student success coach for teens entering college. I’ve also coached many families at BrightLife Kids in my time here.
- **What inspired you to become a coach or coach specialist?**

After working in the school systems, I became excited to work in smaller groups and one on one with kids and teens. Coaching is a great fit for how I want to work and the impact I want to have on families.
- **What are your strengths when it comes to working with kids and families?**

I have been coaching every day for over eight years. In this time, I’ve practiced evidence-based coaching to meet every child or teen where they are and help them improve.
- **What else would you like families to know about you?**

I am also a parent. I personally understand the benefit of having a person you trust who can help support your child.
